S.M.A.R.T. Tutoring provides educational services and test-preparation materials for academic learning and career test preparation, including firefighter aptitude testing.

We do not guarantee success on any exam, certification process, hiring process, or employment outcome in any jurisdiction.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

Tutoring (whether provided online, electronically, or in physical form) including text, worksheets, lesson content, study guides, practice tests, PDFs, printed materials, branding, curriculum design, titles, headings, explanations, and instructional materials (collectively, “S.M.A.R.T. Tutoring Content”) is protected by Canadian copyright law and international copyright conventions.

Users may view, download, or print materials solely for personal, non-commercial use.

Ownership of purchased or downloaded materials does not transfer copyright or intellectual property rights.
